I thought it worth putting out this short post to highlight the extent of the twisting of truth that occurred during the covid era.
The list below is not intended to be exhaustive. And it is not necessary to agree with every point to get the gist of what is being said.
We have an unprecedented public health emergency even though the number of people dying is at normal levels
Confining people to their homes for months on end will be net beneficial for society
In social distancing we are “together apart”
We need to worry about people who are not ill making others sick

Rather than try established medicines that are known to be safe and at least somewhat effective, we should use emergency-use novel technology vaccines with no long-term safety data
